Is a real estate agency valuation sufficient for inheritance proceedings?: In specific cases, a notary may accept a professional estimate of the usual property price. Where do you provide valuations?: We primarily focus on Prague and the Central Bohemian Region, but we also prepare valuations in other locations across the Czech Republic.
