We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

2. What Data We Process

In connection with the operation of our website and the provision of our services, we may process in particular:

• Identification and contact data – name, email address and phone number that you provide through the contact form or other means of communication.
• Data contained in your message – the content of your message, property information such as type, address or size, and any attachments sent via the form.
• Technical data – IP address, browser and device information, date and time of visit, and other technical data related to website security and operation. The hosting provider (Websupport) records IP address, access date/time and requested URL in server logs.
• Cookie-related data – information obtained through cookies and similar technologies. For details, please see our Cookies page.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

We process personal data primarily for the following purposes:

• Handling inquiries and preparing property valuations – pre-contractual measures or the controller's legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients.
• Website protection and abuse prevention – the controller's legitimate interest in ensuring security and protecting against spam and fraud.
• Fulfilling legal obligations – accounting and tax requirements prescribed by law.
• Traffic analysis – your consent to analytics cookies (Google Analytics).

4. Contact and Inquiry Forms

Data submitted through our contact or inquiry forms is used to handle your request and, where applicable, to prepare a property valuation.

Technical processing and delivery of forms is handled by a Cloudflare Worker and the Resend service, which delivers messages to our email address.

If the form allows file uploads, data contained in those attachments may also be processed.

5. Recipients and Processors

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

In connection with website operation and service delivery, personal data may be processed by the following providers:

• ACTIVE 24, s.r.o., Company ID: 25115804, Sokolovská 394/17, 186 00 Prague 8 (Websupport service) – hosting provider; server logs (IP address, date/time of access, requested URL).
• Cloudflare, Inc. – contact form processing (Cloudflare Workers) and form abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Resend, Inc. – delivery of email messages from contact and inquiry forms.
• Google LLC – Google Analytics for analytical purposes, only if you give your consent.
• OpenStreetMap Foundation – map display on the contact page. The map loads only after you click the "Load map" button. When loaded, your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap Foundation servers.

These services are used only to the extent necessary for their specific purpose.

6. Transfers Outside the European Economic Area

Some of our service providers may, in certain cases, process personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Where such transfers occur, appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are applied, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

• Contact and inquiry form data – for the period necessary to handle your request and any follow-up communication.
• Accounting and tax records – for the period prescribed by applicable legislation.
• Analytics cookie consent data – according to your preference settings and the validity of your consent, which you may change or withdraw at any time.
